These Terms govern your use of Yappliz, operated by Yapdev. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Yappliz.
Yappliz is an AI reply assistant: you provide an incoming message (share, paste, or type), choose what you want the reply to do, and receive draft replies you can copy and send yourself. Yappliz does not send messages on your behalf and does not guarantee any social, dating, or professional outcome.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher). Yappliz is not directed at children. You are responsible for complying with local law when using AI-assisted drafting.
Prices, currency, taxes, and billing period shown in Google Play (or loaded from the store into the paywall) are authoritative. Offline or website price examples may differ by country and are not a binding offer.
Subscription is not required to try the free allowance; paid plans are optional upgrades.
You agree not to reverse engineer the service for abuse, bypass quotas/payments by unauthorized means, attack our infrastructure, or use automated bulk scraping of the API beyond normal app use. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse service to protect the product and other users.
Yappliz branding, app UI, and site content are owned by Yapdev or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use the drafts Yappliz generates for your personal communication. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Yappliz is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output is probabilistic; we do not warrant accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yapdev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of Yappliz. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Yappliz via Google Play in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, limits apply only to the maximum allowed.
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Material changes for paid features will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example in-app or store listing notes) where required.
